Message:	Update (5:43 PM): At 5:15 the Malibu brush fire is 80% contained and full containment is expected in the next few hours. The fire has been held at 20 acres. There is no threat to Topanga at this time. Original Posting (3:56 PM): The brush fire in Malibu is located at Las Virgenes Road and Las Virgenes Canyon Road. The incident is currently approximately 10 acres and smoke can be seen in the distance. Topanga is not threatened at this time. With the dangerous fire conditions in the canyon this weekend, please exercise extreme caution in your holiday celebrations. Please review your family emergency plan and be prepared in the event that the situation changes. Have a HAPPY and SAFE Holiday!

Message:	In preparation for any upcoming storms, please make arrangements to keep your animals safe and dry. While the PET Team is set up to help your animals in need, the volunteers can not and will not endanger their lives when responding to a call for assistance. Drive with caution! Please be very cautious driving in and around Topanga in the days and weeks to come. Mud slides can and do occur long after the rain is gone. Please email t-cep.org if you want to report land slides or large boulders. Give location with address if possible.

Message:	FRS (Family Radio Service) updates at the Top of The Hour when T-CEP is activated. Radios tuned to Channel 7 received updates at the top of each hour. This is a listen only service. Neighborhood Network Coordinators were requested to pass information to their neighbors. Contact T-CEP on how to start a Neighborhood Network with FRS connectivity!

Message:	At the time of fire, earthquake or flood T-CEP will be activated. Please be watchful and report any suspicous activity to the Lost Hills Sheriff department.
